Utah ALA helps Utah Food Bank

Thank you to everyone who contributed their time and funds to this worthy cause at the Utah Food Bank.  As a chapter, we were recognized for several hours of volunteer time assembling bean soup packets.  Special thanks to everyone who walked away with minor injuries from the Korey/Matt bean-flinging incidents and to the “Spice Girls” (you know who you are) who helped keep the spice packets correctly measured and under control.  In addition to time, the member Firms within our chapter contributed $2,450 to the Utah Food Bank!  Because of the buying power, volunteer help and other donations the Utah Food Bank can leverage that money to be the equivalent of almost $17,000!

Thanks again to everyone!
