Sporting 70’s attire, attendees enjoyed the oldies by the band Crash Pontiac and the Hubcaps. Special guests included national ALA president Richard J. “Dick” Nigon and regional officers Susan French Koran and Monty R. Morton. Jerry L. Brown and his wife Jane traveled from Scottsdale, Arizona to attend the anniversary party. Jerry was the Utah-Beehive Chapter’s first president and served as national ALA president in 1986-1987. He reminisced with chapter members and guests about the law firm environment of the 1970’s and the details of forming the chapter in 1977. Several other previous chapter officers were in attendance, as well. Special thanks to Kevin Pollei for planning and hosting this great event and to IKON for sponsoring it.
